1) Who you are advertising to
2) What their problems are to be solved
3) Where are they currently on the internet – so you can advertise in front of them

and how did they solve a problem for you.  (think southwest “bags fly free” – I don’t know

    Jeff,
    when I was on my way home from your event, I noticed the SouthWest baggage carts at the airport…they said ” We carry free bags” and thought about what great marketing that is….They are speaking right to all the other airliners who are taxi-ing by, speaking right to their target audience!
